I offer organizational consulting through in-person and virtual formats.

Grounded in equity-minded practice, I collaborate with organizations to help them identify areas of learning to strengthen their performance and meet strategic goals. I foster environments where individuals can show up authentically and remain open to growth and change. Participants leave my session with resources, tools and confidence to apply learning within their roles. I offer professional and team development sessions through in-person and virtual formats.
